A Backyard Structure is an affordable, solid wall, fully insulated stand-alone structure that can be built on your property in just a few days and equipped with electricity and a heating/cooling system if needed. Extremely energy-efficient by design, Backyard Structures are like a cabin kit but built using structural insulated panels (SIPs).

We have designs from as small as 10ft x 12ft up to full size work shops for full time craftsmen of 32ft x 48ft.

Backyard Structures are perfect for telecommuters, consultants, working artists, massage therapists, or any other professional who yearns for a quiet, focused environment with the comforts of home just a few yards away. Other owners use them for activities ranging from exercise and meditation to hobbies and crafts or as a detached bedroom. Standard designs include: single pitch, gable and saltbox (offset gable).
