Efficient Dwelling Structures (EDS):

Used for cabins, accessory dwelling units (ADU), tiny houses, small homes for starter or retirement homes. You can start with one of our plan templates that give you a floor plan and elevations and we help you design it from there, or we can start a custom plan for you.

We start this line of structures with our 12ft x 16ft unit.  Although you would be hard pressed to fit a bathroom in it at only 196sf it can be used as a detached bedroom.  The lagest at this time is a 1728sf two story home.

Any of these structures can be designed with a gable, single slope or saltbox roof. See our catalog for examples. All of these structures can also be built with our Green, Greener, or Greenest energy efficiency system.

We have designed these structures in three widths 20, 24 and 28 ft. to minimize material waste and to maximize simplicity and speed of construction.
