Hybrid Frame & Panel:

We use our Hybrid Frame and Panel system for most of our building that are 24 or 28 ft. wide. We have found that by adding a simple internal frame it does two things. One, the frame caries the gravity loads of the structure which allows us to move more lumber out of the walls to reduce thermal bridging. Two, it makes the construction of the envelope much simpler. This is especially true with 1-1/2 story and 2 story designs. All of these structures can be delivered with a gable, single slope, clear story or saltbox roof. On a few designs we also include a Gambrel (barn style) roof.

Used for larger homes, garages with accessory dwelling units (ADU) above. You can start with one of our semi-custom templates that give you a floor plan and elevations then you design it from there. All of these structures can also be built with our Green, Greener or Greenest energy efficiency system.
